Responsibilities

• Calendar Choreography: Manage shifting schedules ensuring a smooth flow of meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
• Document Artistry: Craft correspondence, reports, and engaging presentations with precision.
• Agenda Trailblazing: Safeguard agendas and propel the completion of key items, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Communication Conductor: Navigate the flow of emails, memos, and submissions, ensuring timely responses and distribution.
• Departmental Diplomat: Foster fluid communication between departments, building trust with senior management.
• Action Tracker: Liaise with staff to propel action items to the finish line for the Executive.
• Issue Investigator: Address incoming concerns adeptly, ensuring the Executive is poised with the right information.
• Commitment Guardian: Keep the Executive ahead of upcoming commitments, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Project Juggler: Balance multiple projects, addressing issues with urgency to meet timelines excellently.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably with some project coordination experience.
• Education: High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s Degree or additional EA experience is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members and clients.
• Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
• Professionalism: Display a professional approach, good judgment, and the ability to solve problems creatively.
• Analytical Skills: Solid critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to handle complex situations.
• Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality in various matters with ease.
• Time Management: Skilled in managing time well, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple priorities efficiently.
• Recordkeeping: Accurate in preparing, maintaining, and managing records, files, and reports.

Base Pay Information

The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $55,000 – $116,900
