The Benefits Coordinator works collaboratively to provide a high-quality experience to employees at DBM Global and all its subsidiaries. The coordinator is responsible for providing administration support of group benefit programs (group health, dental, vision, 401(k), short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, travel and accident plan, and corporate wellness), while providing exceptional service. Serves as the point-of-contact for employees with benefit related questions or issues.
Core Responsibilities
Work Experience:
Candidate will have four (4) years benefit/HR administration experience and certification in a related field such as Benefits or Human Resources. Experience can be substituted for two (2) years in benefit administration and a bachelor’s degree in related field.
Education/Training
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a Business or Human Resources related field is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in related field may substitute for experience; Certification in CEBs is also preferred.
Specialized Knowledge
Software & Technology
Position will require the frequent use and knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Concur, Kronos TKS or comparable TKS, Paycom or comparable HRIS/Payroll system (MS Dynamics AX or applicable software).
Work Environment
Position requires as many hours needed to fulfill the daily and weekly obligations required to carry out the functions. Working long days including evenings and weekends will be required for this position. This position is indoors in a climate-controlled office.
