This part-time, non-benefited position provides teacher candidate supervision, evaluation, and training to further develop the teaching skills of assigned prospective teachers and early childhood educators. Site Supervisors also supervise and assist in training on-site/mentor teachers to support the School of Education’s “train the trainer” model for mentor teachers to ensure high-quality teacher mentoring in the field. This position reports to the Clinical Professionals.
A complete application includes:
Performs supervision of teacher candidates (70%)
Performs training and acts as a liaison for the School of Education (SoE) with mentor teachers (20%)
Performs a variety of related duties (10%)
