Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager in an agency setting.
Demonstrable expertise in managing social media accounts and campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools to track and measure campaign performance.
Excellent knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Proficient in content creation, including writing engaging copy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and influencers.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
