Job Overview
The People team at Coursera is responsible for building our teams, retaining our amazing talent, and developing programs that create community and promote employee engagement. Currently, we are tackling programs aimed at helping Coursera to continue to scale as a top global company of high-performance teams. We are passionate about fulfilling our company’s mission to transform lives through learning.
You will work closely with Executives and HR partners to ensure that the People strategy supports Coursera’s strategy and overall business goals. You will partner with executives and senior leaders to design and execute talent management strategies to enable our organization to scale and work closely with our People team to deliver innovative solutions to our most pressing business challenges.

Compensation
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $128,000 and $252,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
