One client, a well-known restaurant and food service company in the US, is seeking a Director of Operations to join their growing team in Dallas, Texas.

Job Overview

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of multiple restaurant locations across the region. You will lead a team of District Managers and General Managers, ensuring that each restaurant operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with our brands standards and values. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in multi-unit management.

What you will do?

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of District Managers and General Managers, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and exceptional service.
• Implement and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across all locations.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability while managing operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and community partners.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Lead by example, setting a high standard for leadership, professionalism, and work ethic.

Requirements What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (not required especially if you have great experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in multi-unit management within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, sales growth, and profitability.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to travel as needed to various locations.
