The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Construction environment and will be able to demonstrate how they have produced results using specific guidelines.

Shift: Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm + overtime

Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm + overtime

Type: Full time

Location: Arizona Avenue and Riggs Road in Chandler

Pay: Semi-skilled workers are averaging $22.75 to $24.75 per hour. Many employees are also earning monthly bonuses of up to $1000 per month. First year anticipated income is in the $50,000 to $55,000 range for semi-skilled workers.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of experience in construction trades
• Ability to pass a drug screening & background check

DESCRIPTION

• Construction of modular units or mobile homes in an air-conditioned warehouse
• Drywall duties: installation, sand blasting, framing, finishing
• Other Construction experience that we consider * not necessary : painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC install
