An ADP Client is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida (33069).
Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for managing a wide range of strategic and transactional HR actions, in alignment with the business objectives. The incumbent will help build organization and people capability and implement global and local people strategies and activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
A. Business Partnering:
* Ensure day-to-day HR operations: payroll, contracts, onboarding and offboarding, communication to employees.
* Partner with and advise the local leadership team, people managers and employees on people and organization matters, such as but not limited to: Talent Management, Culture, Learning and Development, Performance Management, etc.
* Responsible for the full compliance of the practices and policies according to local labor law and other legal requirements.
* Implement global people strategy, working closely with global HR centers of excellence such as Total Rewards, Talent & Leadership, etc.
* Advise people managers/leadership team on Total Rewards/Compensation matters.
* Facilitate, counsel and coach employees and managers on employee relations issues.
* Ensure relevant communication to the Leadership Team and the organization.
B. Talent Management & Talent Acquisition
* Drive end-to-end talent management in the organization.
* Own and drive the full talent acquisition process based on business needs.
* Drive the Organization Talent Review (OTR) for the business area according to global standards and processes. Follow up on succession planning actions.
* Acts as advisor and coach on individual development plans and capability development solutions.
C. Performance Management
* Responsible to drive the Performance Management Cycle and provide related support to people managers and employees.
D. Culture
* Is the guardian and role model of the Company culture and values, partnering with the local leadership.
* Ensure implementation of global and local activities and processes related to Culture in the organization.
E. Leadership, Learning and Development
* With the leadership team, identify local capabilities development needs that will support the business strategy and build internal skills.
* Build the learning and development agenda and drive its execution.
F. Budget and data
* Ensure HR budget is prepared and aligned with the Head of Business Unit, Finance department and according to Finance and HR guidance.
* When applicable and required, provide the necessary HR Data reporting / KPI Dashboard.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role, in organizations with formal HR functional structure and strategies.
* SHRM designation or similar HR certifications highly preferred.
* Good understanding of US labor laws and regulations, proven experience in their application.
* Superior written and oral English communication skills. Spanish fluency preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent time and project management skills. Must have a sense of urgency, be able to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
* People management experience preferred.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Excellent web and technology skills.
* Analytical and data manipulation skills.
* Good facilitator skills desired.
* Ability to understand business strategy and its HR implication.
