JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Production Manager – Cut, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations to ensure Conestoga Meat’s production goals and targets are met by developing and implementing plans to improve productivity and ensuring that all machinery is working and/or coordinating preventative maintenance. This role will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure that the Cut Floor is running smoothly and up to Conestoga’s standards by coaching and providing feedback to employees, performing administrative functions such as reviewing budget and financial objectives. This position must also promote Health & Safety and Food Safety as well as Conestoga’s values.
