Graduate Trainee program
(Recruitment Associate)
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Arrangement: Dayshift, Weekends off, initially on a Hybrid set up, followed by permanent work-from-home arrangement after 6 months.
Recruiter Training Program: Upon successful completion of the 2-week training program, outstanding trainees will be offered full-time employment as Recruitment Associates.
On-the-Job Coaching:
During the probationary period, new hires will undergo comprehensive on-the-job coaching. This phase includes continuous guidance, mentorship, and practical experience in the recruitment process. Our commitment to your development doesn’t end with the training program – it extends into your day-to-day work, ensuring you have the support needed to thrive in your new role.
Responsibilities:
· Sourcing and Talent Acquisition – Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, using different platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Monster, Indeed, social media, Boolean search, and the other job boards.
· Paper Screening – Conduct paper screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
· Interviewing Candidates – Conduct virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Endorse qualified candidates to clients, highlighting key skills and aligning candidate profiles with client needs.
· Efficiently schedule interviews between candidates and clients, considering availability and time zones.
· Coordination and Communication – Maintain regular communication with both candidates and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
· Candidate Management – Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, feedback, and timely updates.
· Adhere by the Recruitment Data Privacy Rules
Performance Expectations
· Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to candidate placements
Career Progression
· Early regularization potential for high-performing individuals based on performance evaluations.
· Automatic Salary increase once regularized.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must have a laptop and stable internet.
· Willing to work in Alabang
· Willing to work on a 3 days in the office, 2 days work-from-home for the first 6 months.
· This will be a permanent WFH arrangement upon completion of the coaching course
