POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position is responsible for working with Merchants and Cross Functional Teams to maintain the operations of all merchandising projects such as Print Mailer, Digital Mailer, Look Book, National TV & Print Ad, PR Projects, Stage Set, and Special Events. Assist team with sample coordination, CFT review meetings and communication, updating documentation, managing copy approval process, and tracking sample requests. Assist merchant team in weekly and ad hoc reporting needs, as well as business on order management maintenance

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Request, collect, and display all samples for campaign meetings and visual floor sets.
• Attend meetings, assist with reporting, and provide support for the Merchants.
• Work closely with CFT to track revised samples, additional samples, and any delivery issues.
• Attend CFT meetings and partner with CFT members to ensure the most updated and accurate sales are represented at all key meetings.
• Ensure style numbers and product attributes are coded correctly in the order system for all styles.
• Provides Samples for best seller and on order meetings as needed.
• Partner with Manager on all marketing needs, recap information as needed to the CFT.
• Update, maintain, and proof all advertising, CFT documentation, and attributes for accuracy.
• Partner with Manager to assist in managing copy approval and manage communication to the Coordination Team.
• Call out delivery issues and corrections to the CFT after reviewing the proof.
• Responsible for tracking corrections by reviewing the 1st, MR2, FRD, and Reader Book proofs until print.
• Mark up selling information on final prints for Merchants to review at business meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous Retail or Administrative experience
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook and Web PDM
• Superior organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
