General Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide technical assistance and support for corporate contract management software, integrated systems, and hardware components. The associate will work alongside the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system administrator to assist with managing capacity planning, configuration, database design, installation, migration, performance monitoring, security, and troubleshooting. In addition, the position will participate in various systems analysis duties in the testing, maintenance, training, and support of operating system hardware and software related to the CLM application. Specific performance monitoring involves root-cause analysis, providing resolution, and system management. The coordinator will work under the Administrator’s supervision, working closely with the Director, Compliance, and additional corporate stakeholders (particularly GTI and other support divisions). The associate will assist in implementing the departmental work plan, developing streamlined and efficient systems management processes, integrating contract management software within the enterprise-level framework, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Serve as the entry point of contact to answer and support user needs for contract management software. Escalate issues to the appropriate support teams as needed.
Support creating curricula, managing training programs, and maintaining documentation to support contract system management and new business leads.
Work with the Administrator to develop and deliver training to staff.
Assist in creating and maintaining a system for capturing, documenting, and sharing best practices.
Assist in planning and managing CLM development projects, including assembly of stakeholders, work plan and timeline creation, and staff augmentation when necessary.
Collaborate with Chemonics’ contracts SaaS vendor to resolve backend system issues.
Provide clients with clear, non-technical user explanations and resolutions.
Aid in establishing corporate contracts systems policies, templates, and strategies.
As required by the FAR, monthly prepares and submits the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) report.
Time permitting, assume new business roles for regional proposals (conducting G-trips, coordinating proposal teams, writing the management plan, personnel or corporate capability sections, preparing cost proposals) independently and in compliance with Chemonics’ standards, etc.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below represent the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the principal duties.
Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant technical competency or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a relevant specialized competency area.
Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience with an emphasis on IT systems database management, end-user support, troubleshooting, configuration, database design, installation, migration, performance monitoring, security, per iterative or agile development management principles and practices.
Strong knowledge and working experience using MS Office 365 applications.
Experience in market leader enterprise collaboration, customer relationship management (CRM), ERP, or business intelligence solutions preferred.
Capability drafting and delivering training for software/IT systems in a corporate environment preferred
Knowledge of SQL Server or other leading relational database management system (RDBMS) preferred.
Have a solid understanding of information systems, business processes, and critical business success drivers and measures.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and on a team.
Great attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to prioritize work.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally, lead presentations, conduct training courses, and run meetings.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment, communicate with sensitivity and respect, and build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to travel and work overseas for up to 4-8 weeks per year and to consider placement on long-term overseas assignments.

The Salary Range for this position is expected to be: $45,680 – $57,100.
