We are seeking an organized and responsible Payroll Administrator. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide office and administrative support including certified payroll, maintaining invoices and incoming mail, and managing the reception area. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Timesheet management
Process weekly payrolls
Distribute weekly pay stubs
Process Certified Payrolls on multiple CPR platforms
Process weekly 401k and prepare reports
Prepare monthly union reports
Request monthly union letters
Track subcontractor’s insurance certification
Track and manage all insurance claims when arise and coordinate with insurance companies
Request insurance certification for all projects
Track and maintain vehicle and equipment inventory list and ensure insurance coverage
Perform as-needed office tasks
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter; Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Willing to learn and take responsibility quickly
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Dependability, honesty and a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction experience is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge in LCPTracker is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge/Proficiency in Quickbooks is a plus, but not required
