Position Description:
Centric Brands is looking for a dynamic, creative and resourceful Assistant Buyer to join its Robert Graham team. This individual must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about joining a team on a journey to accelerate transformation across Centric Brands.
Specific Responsibilities Would Include
- Assist in all phases of product selection and purchasing for DTC
- Assist in seasonal and class plans for DTC
- Produce weekly, monthly and seasonal reports with a high level of accuracy, including analyzing reports and making recommendations for next steps
- Responsible for hindsight analysis and set up of OTB in preparation for each market
- Input store quantities into merchandise wedge and mange store allocations to ensure correct inventory levels by door for each season
- Maintain and analyzes size selling data to apply to the buys by store
- Upload, create and size all orders
- Create all skus for licensed goods
- Enter all markdowns and cost price changes
- Responsible for weekly replenishment to stores
- Maintain item plans for core items and basics for full price and outlet stores
- Maintain visual buy boards for each season
- Work with merchandising to send seasonal catalog to retail and outlet stores
- Owns initial distribution of goods to stores and works with visual team to ensure the planned visual message of product is communicated
- Executes transfers of merchandise to outlets and consolidations in full price stores
- Analyze selling by store and place weekly reorders
- Assist with new store opening assortments
- Responsible for ad hoc reporting as needed

- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional retail math and excel skills
- Ability to multitask and focus in a busy atmosphere
