Immediate need for a Social Media and Marketing Specialist CEATUS Media Group, an online advertising agency, has approximately 30 employees and is the leading provider of Digital marketing services in the medical, dental and legal business sectors. The position: Social Media and Marketing Specialist The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, have a vast understanding of social media platforms, social media advertising and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing and entertaining, professional social media posts. Working closely with the Sales, Production, Client Services, Tradeshow and Marketing teams, the Social Media and Marketing Specialist will ensure that their clients’ social media posts, advertising strategies and Ceatus’ marketing activities are performed to Ceatus’ high standards. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: * Manage, design and write Social Media posts * Develop and create Social Media ad campaigns and strategies * Strong understanding of social media marketing and marketing and event coordination * Responsible for managing our client’s online presence and developing engaging content for their followers * Create eye-catching graphics in different formats for social media to effectively convey the client’s brand and message * Develop and execute paid social ads campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn * Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI * Analyze data and provide regular reports to other teams on campaign performance * Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices * Responsible for submitting tickets to Meta or Facebook Support to ensure that any issues or concerns that arise are promptly addressed * Have experience creating compelling video content and editing raw footage for social media * Manage Blog Posts for publications * Assist with the creation and development of marketing and sales support pieces * Manage the production of marketing and sales support pieces * Assist with the creation and development of direct mail or email programs to doctors/lawyers/dentists * Research and target specific trade shows/meetings for speaking engagements. * Assist with the arrangement of trade show travel and accommodation for management and sales teams * Assist with the management of trade show logistics requirements including brochures and graphics To be considered for this position, be sure to include Ceatus Social Marketing in the subject line of your email. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: * 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and advertising * Strong understanding of paid social ads platforms and strategies * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform decision-making * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred * Video editing skills required * Multitasking, organization and time management skills * Ability to work independently * Graphic Design skills and a keen eye for detail * Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, and familiar with Microsoft Office * Experience with Canva, Photoshop or other design programs and Paint helpful.
