Job Description CAPITAL Services is offering a paid Human Resources (HR) Internship for someone who is working towards a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study. During this internship, you will be able to apply your education, skills, and experience while gaining practical HR experience. This internship starts in May of 2022 and will run for a 12-week period. It is located onsite in our Sioux Falls, SD location. Under the direction of our Human Resources Manager, alongside other Human Resources professionals, the HR Intern will work on strategic projects for the department and learn about and assist in day-to-day functions covering several or all of the following areas: Human-resource information systems (HRIS), compensation, benefits, training and development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and job analysis/descriptions.
