POSITION SUMMARY:
The CRM Specialist would join our Omni-Channel Media team to lead the full utilization of 1st Party Customer data across multiple marketing/media channels. This is an integral position that combines email execution with various other strategies to ensure seamless customer communication from our brands, including True & Co, Warners and Olga; delivered flawlessly and efficiently using the tools within our tech stack. Candidates must have a passion for audience-first marketing and bring forth the strategies necessary to target, maintain and grow our CRM database. In addition, this role will be responsible for performance analysis of all CRM-related activations including weekly performance reports, data trends and recommendations for future application. The CRM Specialist works cross-functionally to create process and shape our audience data strategy based on the needs of the brand/business and media goals. This individual will be the primary liaison between external vendors and the Omni-Channel Media team and will support all implementations and improvements to our existing/new tech stack including our CDP, ESP and data connectivity platforms. Ability to manage tagging framework to ensure all data on brand sites, e-mails and media implementations are being captured accurately is a plus.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Design, conduct and evaluate experiments (A/B) to improve CRM retention marketing, new and enhanced retention strategies and CRM application across omni-channel media activations.
Complete analysis on CRM marketing programs/campaigns including key metrics such as retention, attrition, reactivation and response via weekly performance reports and adhoc reports to stakeholders.
Utilize Acquia (CDP) for audience pulling/analysis while overseeing Acquia relationship.
Manage LiveRamp for CRM audience delivery to media destinations.
Operate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ESP) for email builds & deployments.
Apply Amazon Attribution metrics to performance reports where applicable.
Work collaboratively with the Brand Marketing and Creative teams to ensure that all design solutions and creative assets meet deadlines, objectives and budgets while advocating best practices.
Responsible for all email and mobile builds, edits, personalization, dynamic content, testing, approvals and schedule/launch campaigns, with the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple TUG brands with minimal direction and supervision.
With expert-level knowledge in HTML as well as strong understanding of HTML5, DHTML, Javascript and JQUERY, this position must be able to apply this code skillset to an acute understanding of the methodologies of email content creation.
Responsible for design and update of all Responsive Design/Mobile Friendly email wireframing, utilizing CSS code language to drive relevant content dependent on device ID.
Creation of Onboarding documents for new members of team as well as creation of department best practices and operating procedures to ensure business continuity.
Implement tagging framework to ensure all data on brand sites, e-mails and media implementations are being captured accurately .
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 4 years’ experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical/ business or marketing field
Skills:
Expert level knowledge in HTML as well as a strong understanding of HTML5, DHTML, Javascript and JQUERY
Proficiency with Fireworks, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop
Must have an understanding of the methodologies to create e-mail communications as well as hands on experience of SFMC
Understanding/knowledge of Responsive and Adaptive Design strongly preferred
MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc)
Able to contribution a team environment yet work autonomously
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Strong planning and execution skills
Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize
Possess a hunger for solutions and results, and drive for continuous improvement
Have a high degree of intellectual curiosity
Strong interpersonal skills- must enjoy working across multiple business units and functional areas to achieve goals
CDP – Acquia working knowledge preferred
Familiarity with Amazon Advertising/ Amazon Attribution
Live Ramp – working knowledge preferred or willingness to adapt/learn quickly
Comfortable with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager
Excellent communicator: must be able to translate data into clear insights and actions
