We are currently looking for a Manager of Product Integrity and Regulatory Compliance to join our team!  The Manager of Product Integrity and Regulatory Compliance will manage Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance for all PEI & Licensed brands, by being the point person to ensure strict adherence to Global Regulatory Standards. Manage Product Integrity for PEI/Private label brands shipped to specific customers. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research Regulatory and International standards for Product Safety with regards to Chemical and Environmental laws, summarize and cascade information to the PEI Team & Suppliers
• Research and Implement labeling policies that comply with US and International standards.
• Manage Product Integrity for Swimwear brands from Portland by ensuring that it meets and exceeds customer’s expectations.
• Manage all Documentation and implementation of Processes and Systems to ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements.
• Manage documentation and assist with implementation of updates to PLM system related to Quality Module and process workflow
• Co-manage Test protocols, Procedures, Pricing, etc.
• Assist VP Global QA with internal and external communications

• Understand Global Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance standards.
• Worked in a Apparel Buying Office or Clothing Retailer
• Ability to read and understand test reports
• Understand regulations for global marketAttended seminars & Webinars

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

Minimum 15 years in the Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance field, preferably with 3 years in a supervisory capacity

• Knowledge of Textile / Apparel Testing and Quality Assurance 
• Familiar with all Industry Standards, Rules & Regulations 
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong problem solving skills 
• Knowledge of Fabric and Garment Manufacturing Process
• PLM,Google Docs / Sheets / Slides
