We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a crucial role in qualifying new leads and distributing them across our Small Business, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Sales Reps.
What You’ll Do:
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who is curious, willing to learn, and hardworking. They are creative, passionate, and motivated team players. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, routing them to Small Business, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Account Executives, and tracking various data points that will help optimize our inbound sales efforts. The on-target earnings for this role are $87,000 annualized with a 70/30 split between base pay and incentive compensation ($60,900 base/$26,100 incentive). The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity + comprehensive benefits + 401k + flexible time off.
