Our Human Resources team is seeking a full-time Strategic People Director, to join our growth-oriented professional engineering and environmental consulting company. We are seeking a positive, self-motivated person who enjoys leading and creating strategies to align with the business.
As the Strategic People Director, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business unit, enterprise, and area leaders, providing operational and consultative guidance to them and their leadership teams as it relates to talent strategy. You will develop and implement talent plans for retention, employee training, and development, recognition and reward, the succession of talent, employee engagement, and onboarding in partnership with other HR leaders and our Center of Excellence groups. You will equip business leaders and their teams with the tools and techniques which enable them to manage staff in alignment with Brown and Caldwell philosophies, policies, practices, and programs. You will engage with and provide direction to the HR Business Partners in support of company-wide Talent strategy.
Acting as an HR champion and change agent, you will aspire to be part of a team delivering strong talent and business results. You will have effective communication skills, be engaging, demonstrate resilience, and use innovative ideas and an agile approach to delivering the best possible outcomes. *This role has the potential to work virtually and can be filled near any BC office, preferenceforDenver, Phoenix, Sacramento, San Diego, Detroit, Atlanta,or Nashville.

Salary Range: Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingon skills, experience,and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $137,000 – $187,000
Location B: $151,000 – $206,000
Location C: $164,000 – $225,000
