Brinqa is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisitionto lead and develop the global Talent Acquisition efforts for the company as part of its core evolution and growth strategy. The role is both internal and external facing, developing the TA strategy, and engaging business stakeholders as well as enhancing the company’s external candidate market profile. This role will report directly to the SVP of People Operations

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and lead Brinqa’s Talent Acquisition strategy and improve the roadmap to deliver an amazing candidate experience and hiring manager experience while exceeding hiring goals.
Craft and executea cohesive full life cycle recruiting strategy, using a diverse portfolio of innovative resources and sourcing strategies
Continuously operational efficiency, budget management, best practices, and hiring effectiveness
Activelyseeks customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Build mutually beneficial solutions and partnerships; has a strong relationship and customer focused mindset
Communicate with business leaders, hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the process to ensure appropriate expectations
Coach and counsel hiring managers on the full cycle hiring process and develop recruitment strategies that align with the business goals
Identifyalternative recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions, weighing the pros and cons with hiring managers
Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage internal recruiting team (3-5 people) and external agencies, providing clear direction, delegation, and active communication.
Empower talent team to utilize multiple tools and resources to build and maintain a well developed candidate pool
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Must reside in the Austin, TX area
B.S./B.A. degree
Minimum 10 years of direct recruiting experience preferably in high growth global technology company; 7+ in leadership roles
Demonstrated track record in building high performing teams, meeting deliverables and deadlines.
Knows best talent acquisition practices and has the ability to identify what best in class looks like.)

Agile and flexible leader who works well in ambiguous environments
Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, and partner cross-functionally to influence behavior, change and collaboration
Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills; solid communication (written and verbal) and influence skills are critical
Excellent business, data and financial acumen linked to strategic insight and vision
Excellent organizational and customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail and sense of urgency
