The People, Talent & Recruiting function at Book of the Month focuses on building and growing our team in 3 main ways: Hiring, Talent development, and Employee experience. We’re looking for a high potential leader to manage and continuously improve Hiring function in a high caliber manner. This role will report directly to the VP of People and work collaboratively with all levels of leadership at the company to make effective interviewing and hiring decisions. Over time, this person will also work on and contribute to various talent development and employee experience programs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and is passionate about building a career in the HR/People space.
