RMD Advertising Looking for Executive Assistant at Columbus, OH Full Time

RMD is seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with two managing partners on varied projects. This will require a professional yet fun team member with diverse skills. We are looking for someone who is easy to train, a self-starter, and someone who is comfortable with organization, keeping order, and accomplishing objectives without being micro-managed. This 30 hour/week professional will routinely involve themselves in the following activities and more:

• Prescreen all of first stage team talent inquiries
• Work to assist in the new business process at various stages.
• Ensure all meetings are prepped, physically and strategically
• Work with accts. Payable and receivables, including quickbooks and Venmo
• Assist in drafting social media for the agency and the charity.
• Draft posts for managing partners’ LinkedIn presence
• Prepare new biz proposals and research
• Work with managing partners on various RMD strategies
• Other tactics as determined by the managing partners

TOTAL: 31 hours/week (if you’d prefer more hours, we can work something out!)
