Bluehawk Consulting Looking for Program Manager – Digital Advertising Compliance and Billing at Bellevue, WA  Full Time

Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and extremely organized Program Manager resource with past experience in digital advertising: search, display, programmatic or native, or any combo of those, to assist with critical billing and compliance initiatives.

The Program Manager will be part of a digital advertising team and will be responsible for driving projects associated with the billing and compliance areas of an overall integration effort. This role partners closely with a number of diverse teams including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support to lead and support the billing and compliance integration efforts.

• Overseeing the billing and compliance workstreams for the integration of two companies.
• Serve as end-to-end expert on billing systems and compliance for sake of integration efforts.
• Create and maintain project resources in partnership with stakeholders.
• Create weekly status reports for key stakeholders.
• Project manage program and initiatives for the billing and compliance workstreams.
• Run meetings varying from very small (2-5 people) to very large (50+ people) audiences.
• Suggest ways to improve the billing processes as part of the integration efforts.

• Experience with billing and compliance systems at the enterprise level, as well as tools and platforms.
• 2+ years of preferred work experience within a Sales, Advertising, or Business organization.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Competency with Excel and other MS programs required, including Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops tool, and agile software development process a plus.
• Experience dealing with strong personalities and passionate points of view.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little guidance provided.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical terms and processes into easy-to-understand language for a variety of audiences.
• Extremely detail-oriented & thorough, with ability to understand the “big picture” and business strategy behind business rules.
• Ability to follow a defined process efficiently and effectively; as well as offer suggestion for improving the process.
• Strong analytical skills. Ability to review data with accuracy, complete audit processes and test accuracy of business rule applications.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional groups.
• Leadership and proven ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Self-starter, ability to work effectively with minimal oversight, resourceful, and self-sufficient.
• Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once, in addition to dealing with ambiguity.
• Able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside group, and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups.
• Strong operations coordination skills.

Required Education

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Business Administration, Communication or Marketing or equivalent work experience.

Salary Range for this position: $119,000 – $132,000
