Project Overview
In this role as a Graphic Designer for a team of Learning and Development professionals, you will work alongside the instructional designers and training specialists to create assets that support the training programs, helping communicate the training objective, to both internal and external stakeholders. Your day-to-day will include building graphical elements for training decks and programs.
Juggling, scoping, and prioritizing work across multiple projects requires a healthy level of cross-team coordination and agility to ensure a high-quality bar for visual design and consistency. The L&D team has a multitude of critical programs to deliver in this fiscal year, so speed and agility will be critical. To keep up with the team, the person filling this role will be comfortable working through ambiguity and should be able to drive clarity with consistent and quality visual storytelling.
