Head of Early Career Learning & Development

The Head of Early Career Learning & Development owns the strategy and execution of our signature global development program for BlackRock Analysts and learning programs for recently promoted employees, including developing role specific learning and ongoing engagement experiences. The early careers team is responsible for building the skills for high performance, helping to embed and instill the One BlackRock culture and working to generate a sense of belonging and strong bond to BlackRock. We seek an experienced leader who will bring strategic creativity to help evolve and grow the program, including the development of a comprehensive multi-year program partnering with BlackRock’s key growth businesses and leaders. One of the most exciting aspects of this role is the opportunity to build relationships inside and outside of Learning & Development as successful candidates will need to build a broad and diverse network across the firm. This role works closely with colleagues in APAC and EMEA to ensure our efforts are aligned and standard methodologies are shared across regions.

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $133,000 – $170,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities. We remain focused on increasing the impactful moments that arise when we work together in person – aligned with our commitment to performance and innovation.
