As the Senior People Analyst (HR Analyst) for Bezos Academy, you will perform functional analyses, identify trends, and propose key recommendations based on workforce and talent acquisition data. You are a mission-driven individual who is passionate about using data to dive deep and be curious about HR analytics. You are a skilled data storyteller who creates intuitive, actionable reports and presentations which spotlight critical insights to achieving outcomes and operating with excellence. Partnering with diverse stakeholders, you will develop a range of user-friendly data dashboards that enable staff to monitor and act on metrics and achieve our mission of increasing access to early childhood education in under-resourced communities nationwide.
Using your HR expertise, you will utilize analytics and reporting structures that best serve the People (HR) Team, to inform the strategic direction for the entire organization. We believe talent is foundational for us to achieve our goal of launching and operating a network of tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools. You will help our organization grow by collaborating with colleagues across the department to generate reports, collect and analyze data, and synthesize findings. Your recommendations to leaders and others will drive change across talent acquisition, employee experience, DEI, workforce planning, and attrition. You have accrued a rich and varied set of people analytics experience with an emphasis on measuring the efficacy of full-cycle talent acquisition, and an eye towards uncovering and reducing biases.
