ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruiting, including development and implementation of recruiting plans and events, employing a variety of sourcing strategies and resources. S/he is responsible for developing new, creative recruiting ideas to build a robust talent pool and maintain potential pools of candidates for future opportunities. The position develops and maintains relationships across the recruiting spectrum, including hiring managers, candidates, and staffing agencies.
