Responsible for assisting Employee Relations (ER) Specialists with various ER projects and supporting ER Specialists on internal investigations regarding work-related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Provide administrative, data management, and reporting support to ER Specialists on various ER Projects
– Manage reports from HRCM and other HR systems (requires strong excel skills)
– Assist ER Specialists with the investigation of employee relations concerns
– Manage cases in HRCM for each investigation including input of interviews and other investigation materials
Knowledge & Skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect
– Exceptional detail and follow-up skills
– Ability to balance competing priorities
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
– Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree
– 1+ years Human Resources experience
– Experience working in a large, complex organization is preferred
