As an HR Director you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all activities associated with Human Resources, including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee and Labor Relations, and Organization Development for Belden’s corporate functions (finance, IT, marketing, and more). You will report to the VP, Employee Experience & Corporate HR. This role is based in Indianapolis, IN with flexibility to work remote.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources, Masters degree preferred
Experience: 7-10 years Human Resources experience.
