With your home office as base, you will visit clients in Vernon Hills and the surrounding area to consult on their window-covering vision. As a high-end custom window treatment company, we provide Chicagoland with some of the most beautiful and functional custom drapes, shades, shutters, blinds, and other window-covering solutions. Our passionate artisans, craftsmen, and designers ensure each client’s vision comes to life.
We are on the search for a passionate sales team member to join us in our blinds and shutters sales team group. Our IDEAL candidate loves short sales cycles that make clients happy. You are highly driven and love the WIN!

YOUR GOAL
- Conduct client home consultations and close sales of window blinds and shutters, with company-provided leads.
- Present our products as the solution to client product requests
- Using our technology-based tools, you will create proposals and close the sale during the in-home consultation
YOUR TOOLS
(Job Requirements)
- 1+ years experience in outside sales
- 1+ years experience with in-home sales
- Experience with sales of home products
- Technology savvy
- Knowledge of interior window treatment products is a huge plus!
- Documented success, i.e., specific data on your closure rates, awards won, achievements, etc.
GENEROUS INDUSTRY COMP PLAN with two options: Base + commission OR 100% commission
