SUMMARY:
As Social Media Manager you play a critical role on the Marketing Team by strategizing and managing daily content on the organic barre3 social-media channels.You translate brand and business initiatives through content creation and management, being hyper tuned in to storytelling opportunities and maintaining authentic relationships with our community, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, brand consideration, trial/conversion, community engagement, and overall traffic through Social Media and organic content marketing channels. As a temporary 4-6 month role, the schedule will consist of 10-20 hours per week for the first 8-10 weeks as the initial training period. For the remainder of the term there will be 30-40 hours of work per week.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage barre3 corporate organic social media accounts
Maintain weekly and daily social reporting
Manage engagement and customer service on social media and blog
Update and maintain barre3 corporate social channels to follow the most up-to-date best practices and benchmarks
Play a key role as a marketing collaborator
