We are looking for a talented and creative content creator to support our Club’s social media and communications efforts! Capture engaging photo and video content for the Club’s social media sites that enhances the BallenIsles brand.
Summary
This position will attend club events in order to capture engaging and possess an artistic eye to create interesting reels and posts. Develop strategies to increase followership and engagement, recommend improvements and review analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide innovative, effective and engaging photo and video content to the Director of Marketing for BallenIsles social media channels.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to devise a comprehensive creative strategy that encompasses our brand across all channels.
- Implement a variety of content and formats based on different situations and circumstances.
- Assist with content gathering and creation for flyers, posters, website and distributing printed materials.
- Assist with membership and employees with BallenIsles app inquiries.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Full time position, flexible schedule required to attend weekend and holiday events.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Photography/Videography, 1+ year’s related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Creative expertise with developing and presenting social media messages across all primary social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal skills – for communicating complex ideas effectively and professionally.
- Strong command of English language, while understanding advertising and marketing practices.
- Self-Starter, detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective team player, able to work with others on a project.
- Country Club experience a plus.
Compensation
$ 20.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience)
