This person is instrumental in supporting students, families, and campus partners with on-campus student housing. This position works to facilitate housing contracts, process room change requests, makes housing assignments and assists with regular occupancy reporting for on-campus residence halls and/or apartments. Individuals who enjoy working with people, being a problem solver, helping individuals through processes, and working alongside a great team will be a perfect addition to our Housing and Residence Life Team. Position Function |
Provide outstanding customer service to students, families and campus partners. Assist with processing housing contracts, room change requests, housing assignments, and occupancy reporting for all on-campus residence halls and/or apartments. |
Minimum Education |
Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution in office administration, secretarial science, or related field or equivalent. |
Minimum Experience |
One to three years of administrative support experience. |
Minimum Other |
Advanced experience with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to apply unique situations to existing systems and structures. |
Authorization to work in the US | Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. |
Preferred Education |
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. |
Preferred Experience |
Experience with StarRez or other housing management software and/or Banner. Experience using/managing databases. |
