The role drives social media vision and strategy for BRP, providing both enterprise-wide guidance and support for operating business segments and BRP partnerships.
The Director, Social Media, is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for BRP corporate organic social media channels. The Director also advises and supports the social media needs of operating business segments and BRP partnerships. The individual will drive BRP’s corporate brand voice and narrative through social channels; grow our share of voice through increased brand awareness and engagement, regularly measure and analyze effectiveness of social media channels and drive a thoughtful strategy and approach to social media account consolidation with new pending brand.
The professional in this role will be responsible for developing engaging content aligned with BRP’s business priorities, culture, and values. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Communications, this individual will be a key member of the Enterprise Communications team and will collaborate with other marketing and communications colleagues across the enterprise.
The candidate will have a strong strategic focus, social media expertise, experience with social media account consolidation and follower retention, writing skills, strong measurement acumen, excellent organizational and relationship-building skills. A strong background in brand and corporate messaging development and digital social media is preferred.
