ROLE SUMMARY
Join our team as Talent & Culture Operations Manager and become one of the authors of our story. The Talent & Culture Operations Manager is a newly created role, pivotal in creating and driving efficiencies across Auberge’s talent acquisition and learning and development functions. This role will contribute to the strategy, design, implementation and management of organizational recruitment processes, policies, tools, technology, and resources. This role will support recruiting, and onboarding initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize each step in the recruiting life cycle. The role will interface with the broader T&C community, home office, General Manager community and senior executives on a regular basis. The role will blend technology & program support, talent strategy and direct recruitment in key areas aligned to our strategy. In addition, the role will lead the overall program management of the Management Development Program (MDP). MDP program management includes program marketing, recruiting, interviewing, placement and engagement of the current and past MDPs.

10% International Recruitment Strategy (including housing and immigration)
15% Direct Sourcing of Senior Level Talent (Full Cycle Recruitment for Assigned Roles)
5% Assist in pre-opening for new locations

5% Talent Planning – succession planning coordination
