We seek an experienced and versatile Marketing Communications Specialist to amplify our corporate brand story to our various stakeholders. You will manage a variety of projects ranging from content creation to the development of integrated multi-channel campaigns for new and existing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a multi-channel B2B content marketing strategy to share our story and drive brand awareness, establishing Assured Allies as an industry leader.
• Collaborate with the Head of Brand Marketing & Communications to develop a cohesive strategy with unified messaging across our PR activities, award submissions, corporate website, corporate blog, social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter), and trade events.
• Create and own a monthly editorial calendar; you will coordinate creative assets with our Design team and draft, schedule, and post content to our channels working across our different business units and product owners.
• Research and secure guest bloggers.
• Evolve our social media strategy to increase brand exposure, followers, and engagement; monitor social trends/best practices, target media outlets, and our competitive landscape.
• Track and report on content KPIs as well as measures of success in the market. Maintain and create project tracking and reporting tools.
• Support PR efforts (press releases and bylines featuring our senior leadership).
• Ensure all content aligns with our mission, brand voice, and style guidelines.
• Develop and write stories that feature our multidisciplinary team of experts and inclusive company culture to support HR recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

• You are an amazing writer with a great portfolio showcasing a wide range of content, from blog posts to web content, eBooks, infographics, articles, etc.
• 3-5 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or journalism and well versed in developing content marketing and social media strategies.
• You understand how to develop content that engages multiple audiences–our B2B partners (insurance carriers, agents, etc.) and consumers (the members we serve) to strengthen our relationships and convert them into brand champions.
• You have high creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapidly growing, evolving start-up environment.
• You have a clear sense of how to measure the impact of the content platform and efficiently deliver growth.
• Strong understanding of social media, platforms, search, digital marketing and metrics.
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords.

The position is located in Needham, MA.
