JOB PURPOSE
The Benefits Compensation and HRIS (BCHRIS) Business Partner is responsible for supporting organization-wide Benefits, Compensation, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) functions. This position is a lead in the Human Resources (HR) technology systems and provides consultative services to the HR team regarding compensation, benefits, and legal requirements. The role involves working with the Human Resources leadership to assist in developing and implementing key BCHRIS initiatives to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.
Work Location: Human Resources building primarily in Marana, but may be required to work at Tucson, AZ, and Roswell, NM, locations as business needs dictate.
Protective Equipment Required: None
Potential Hazards: Exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines; attention to detail and ability to maintain the confidentiality of information; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy; ability to read, write, and understand the English language and to follow verbal and written instruction; multi-tasking a necessity; thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures; ability to type with accuracy and speed; ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and to project a positive, concerned image to the public; ability to work without supervision; ability to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances and priorities.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Proficient with payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking, and similar computer applications.
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related majors is preferred.
Experience: Five years plus of experience in a Human Resources type position. Benefits, Compensation and/or HRIS experience preferred. Aircraft or Manufacturing Industry experience is a plus.
Certificates/Licenses: Human Resources certification preferred.
Other: Other duties may be assigned to support Human Resources personnel or projects.
