The Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist assists in leading our recruitment marketing activities to distinguish the company as an employer of choice. As the company’s culture ambassador, the Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist will build relationships with team members at all levels of the organization, to understand and identify great stories to tell that highlight the essence of what it means to be a part of our unique company.
Essential Functions
· Consults with Talent Acquisition Partners, Managers and Hiring Managers to recommend innovative and effective campaigns, channels and tactics to build robust attraction and sourcing pipelines
· Keeps on top of the latest trends and best practices to develop new ideas and lead experimentation and testing for effectiveness
· Develops social media content strategy and content calendar for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms, including copywriting and response strategies. Escalate social media responses as appropriate
· Drafts job advertisements for specific critical roles in partnership with Recruiters, including copy for job descriptions, headlines and advertisements
· Contributes to development of engaging content for our careers websites and other branded channels and landing pages, including overall strategy, copywriting, photo and video development
· Partners with Corporate Marketing on alignment to our overall corporate brand strategy and sharing of internal content assets such as events, stories, articles, testimonials, photography and video
· Partners with third-party vendors on managing recruitment marketing channels and content development including providing creative direction and ensuring delivery of contracted services
· Monitors performance and effectiveness of campaigns and channels through reporting, data analysis to generate insights and recommend improvements
· Partners with Talent Acquisition Partners and Managers through effective communication, listening and influence to enable our hiring managers to make the right hires
o Build relationships with our internal customers to understand business needs for new capabilities, talent profiles and hiring
o Consult internally on talent acquisition strategies to develop comprehensive, proactive hiring plans
o Build a strong understanding of labor market trends
