For the last 30 years, we have sourced the finest coffees in the world through a trusted and established producer network. The Anthem “team” manages each phase of the coffee process with a flexible offering list of coffee origins, from 1-bag “spot” purchases, to future contracts on multiple containers. Our green coffee sourcing and logistics team are experts at each phase of the coffee importing process. We curate and provide the finest coffees to our partners throughout the USA.
Qualifications:
• college degree (preferred but not required)
• minimum 3-years sales experience
• self-motivated
• proactive, detail-oriented
• strong interpersonal skills (customer service)
• basic computer skills and ability to use CRM applications
Responsibilities:
• call and present current offerings to potential and current customers
• pursue annual target goals
• execute excellent customer service
• log, track and maintain prospect/customer contact records
• establish and develop relationships with new and current customers
• understand and communicate current coffee offerings to customers
• develop strong cupping skills with our quality control team
• successfully complete “Coffee & Sales” training
Benefits:
• minimum salary 40K + commissions
• paid vacation- 2 weeks/annually
