Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance analytical tools, improving customer experience and guiding product evolution.
• Lead the analytics cycle, turning massive loan application data into actionable strategies for product enhancement and customer satisfaction.
• Drive a data-focused culture, determining key metrics, designing A/B tests, and building foundational dashboards.
• Serve as a data advocate, integrating data-driven decision-making into the product development process.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive algorithms.
• Expertise with R, Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Stellar communication skills, capable of making complex data understandable.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, ambiguous tech-startup environment.

• A/B testing to evaluate the impact of model and UX changes.
• The establishment and tracking of critical metrics at all product levels.

• Have navigated high-ambiguity environments, possibly as an early team member in a fast-paced product company.
• Can design and interpret experiments, making well-founded product recommendations.
