Job Description
Primary Purpose
The Shift Production Lead is responsible for the control process, operators, and communication and support of their applicable production line(s) or area. This position reports directly to the EBM Shift Supervisor.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma of equivalent is preferred but not required.
