As we begin to expand our geographic reach beyond our 13 showrooms, we are looking to build a strong marketing and acquisition team to include the best talent in the industry. The SVP of Marketing and Acquisition will lead these efforts and play a vital role on the core executive team while working directly with our CEO to develop strategic acquisition funnels and manage creative engagement with potential and existing customers. You are responsible for the end-to-end acquisition and retention of customers through digital channels, by working in close collaboration with each division and, as relevant, their respective teams.
This role has an omni-channel approach to everything and is accountable for the strategy, execution and performance of Alton Lane marketing campaigns across multiple channels, as well as for influencing the company’s overall presence in the market. Lastly, the role is responsible for maintaining our client-centric behavior and for optimizing the overall customer experience, agnostic of channel. This role will also have a high-level view into the overall Alton Lane customer strategy, as it is relevant for every division.
