The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a results-driven recruiter with “hunter” experience who thrives in a dynamic environment.The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner develops and executes efficient and scalable best-in-class practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting high performing talent aligned with the Alcami Mindset culture. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner demonstrates a passion to deliver service excellence to hiring managers and fosters a positive candidate experience.The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner works collaboratively with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), demonstrates innovative and out of the box thinking with their search techniques and provides proactive and weekly communication to the hiring managers on the status of the search.The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will also manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting/KPI metrics. The position requires superior leadership behaviors of the Alcami core competencies and non-negotiables, as well as expertise in functional competencies included in this profile.
Essential Functions
· Develops and executes efficient and scalable best-in-class practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting high performing talent ensuring service excellence, positive candidate experience and timely results.
· Develops staffing strategies for current openings and assist with strategies for future talent requirements to support company strategy.
· Develops and implements sourcing strategies contributing to proactive talent management using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining and other relevant methods.
· Engages in detailed job scope conversations during the intake meeting with the HRBP and hiring manager to determine position specifications for assigned requisitions
· Manages the recruiting life cycle for assigned requisitions including talent acquisition, sourcing and screening candidates and setting up interviews and managing the offer process.
· Proactively and regularly communicates the status of each search to the hiring manager.
· Provides value proposition uniquely tailored to each candidate, ensures timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews and throughout the process, keeps a strong pulse on the interest levels and/or concerns of top candidates.
· Leverages the applicant tracking system to maximize quality and accuracy of applicant flow and drives t imely review of applicants who have applied and proactively manages hiring manager engagement.
· Develops and provides accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities and uses KPIs and trend analysis to proactively identify opportunities for service excellence.
· Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.
· Mentors, coaches and trains less experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Specialists.
· Leads or participates in other project work as required to support changing business requirements and resourcing requirements.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related degree required.
· 8+ years of demonstrated recruiting experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment required; 10+ years preferred.
· Prior experience in the pharmaceuticals, CDMO or biotech industries strongly preferred.
· Proficiency and experience with applicant tracking systems required; Taleo strongly preferred.

Functional Competencies
· Knowledge and demonstrated experience of talent sourcing and acquisition practices and compliance required.
· Knowledge of applicant tracking systems required with prior experience using Taleo strongly preferred.

Travel Requirements
· Up to 10% travel required.
