Alaska Wildland Adventures Looking for Breakfast Cook at Seward, Alaska and Alaska Full Time

JOB TITLE: Breakfast Cook

AVAILABILITY: May 14 – September 10-15

FOOD & HOUSING: Free food & housing. Free dry cabin styled Yukon tent w/ roomate and free food with Chef prepared dinners served daily.

LOCATION: We are hiring at (2) locations, both remote Alaska backcountry eco-lodges. 

  • Kenai Backcountry Lodge – lakeside to glacial waters and surrounded by designated wilderness, only accessible by boat and a 30 minute ride across the lake to the nearest road system
  • Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge – nestled in the fjords of Kenai Fjords National Park, a 4 hour boat ride to it’s pristine, unique, maritime location

JOB OBJECTIVE: To present upscale breakfast buffets for 20-40 guests, to be served in a family style dining setting. The Breakfast Cook will place an emphasis on presentation and quality, while appealing to a variety of palettes. This role rotates as a Lead and Assistant cook.
