Role purpose
The HR Systems Analyst will be a trusted point of contact for employees and will provide second-line support for system related queries. You will be operating via a case management system and will be accountable for the day-to-day maintenance and development of Workday and People technology (including HR Helpdesk, Zendesk) working in partnership with the wider HRIS team. You will also help to coordinate efficient, accurate and insightful HR Systems reporting, processes and coordination.
The role will partner closely with the Senior Analyst, wider HRIS team and regions to continually evolve and improve the employee experience. This role will focus on the customer experience by providing great second-line support for end users of Workday.
You will partner with HR and stakeholders as appropriate to support, revise and advocate ESS/MSS to enable Aesop colleagues to access their data, whilst enabling the HRIS team to focus on value-add activities. This will be coupled with a continuous improvement mindset to review how Workday can be optimised to provide the best user experience.
