Adecco Creative and Marketing Looking for EMAIL MARKETING ANALYST – Remote at Remote, Ohio Full Time

Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting a Senior Email Marketing Operations Analyst for a fully remote temporary opportunity with a multi-billion-dollar specialty retailer and globally recognized brand that cultivates a values-based culture that values diversity, gives back to communities, and works to make the planet a better place.

The Senior Email Marketing Analyst position is a mix of project management, email development, and creative problem-solving. The Email Marketing Analyst’s primary focus will be executing special email projects to ensure operational excellence and working cross-functionally to develop email journeys and personalized campaigns that will enhance the customer’s shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as project lead for special email project execution, including interpreting the strategy, setting and communicating expectations and timelines, organizing resources, assessing possible risks, managing the deliverables, and meeting all deadlines
• Enhance existing personalized campaigns by leveraging new technologies and data points
• Identify and develop new customer journeys that cater to our customers’ shopping behaviors
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and brand partners, as well as 3rd party vendors throughout the execution of each campaign
• Review tactical execution of campaigns to ensure expected strategic results are achieved
• Identify, monitor, and explain variances to expected outcomes
• Maintain close partnership with the email planning, strategy, and content teams to execute all campaigns to hit the intended strategy and results
• Monitor and manage deliverability and legal compliance
• Maintain all quality control

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing
• 3+ years of email marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing email marketing campaigns
• Deep understanding of the email marketing landscape and how email fits into the customer journey
• Project management experience and skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient with Windows-based PC environment (Excel, Word, PPT, and TEAMS)
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and welcome change as it is presented

Preferred:

• 5+ years of email marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing email marketing campaigns
• Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink, and/or Adobe Campaign
• Retail/fashion marketing experience
• Basic CSS knowledge
