This critical leadership role will be responsible for building and driving industry-leading talent acquisition strategies and practices for our healthcare organization. This role operates in both a strategic, thought-leadership capacity as well as a tactical, execution-driven capacity. This individual is expected to work in an agile, team-spirited manner with key stakeholders and resources across the enterprise, providing talent acquisition and candidate experience solutions to internal groups. The key objective of this role is to utilize data and insights to drive improvements across the end-to-end hiring process and to identify, develop, and implement innovative strategies, technology, and programs to attract, engage, and recruit diverse talent.
Position Requirements & Competencies:
At least 7 years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong skills in developing, communicating, and implementing talent acquisition strategies, including diversity and campus specialties.
Experience with defining program requirements and using data and analytics to determine improvements in the talent acquisition process
Experience with the design and management of a full scale recruitment tech stack at enterprise level, preferably for high volume recruiting.
Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
Executive presence and leadership capabilities.
Sense of urgency and ownership from start to finish; must be solutions-driven and always model customer service excellence and responsiveness.
Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit with an understanding of how to use data and calculate risk-taking to drive innovative change.
Excels in an autonomous environment while consistently delivering the right results with limited guidance against multiple projects at one time.
