1. お客様がご到着又はご出発される際に、お手荷物のサポートやエスコートを行う。
2. お客様からの要望に前向きに対応する。
3. ホテルの設備やサービス、イベント、価格帯、ポリシーなど最新の情報を理解し、チームメンバーへ共有する。
4. 在庫管理を行い、無駄のないようコスト管理を行う。
5. 部署のミッションと目標を常に理解・体現し、チームメンバーに対して促進をする。
As a Guest Serviec Agent, you will improving customer service experience to Guests.
1. Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
2. Support Team Members in handling Guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome.
3. Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events
4. Ensure that the stock is managed and not wasted, maintaining costs.
5. At all times understand, practice and promote the teamwork approach to achieve missions, goals, and overall departmental standards.
