Hillenbrand is looking for a Learning Program Manager to join our team in a remote hybrid role in Batesville, Indiana. As a Learning Program Manager, you will join a purpose driven organization and become a member of our global team of innovators, and builders who Shape What Matters for Tomorrow. You will be responsible for developing and implementing core capability and leadership development programs that drive business performance.
Reporting to the Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness Leader, you will work collaboratively to influence the design of enterprise learning programs and adoption across our global footprint. This is a highly visible role actively collaborating with business and Human Resources leaders.
This position is an end-to-end learning program manager role. You will partner with Human Resources and business leaders to define learning programs and develop and implement solutions. Additionally, you will partner with our compliance leaders to maintain and grow our compliance training programs and ensure accurate reporting. You will build strategies to improve utilization and impact of our out-of-the box training solutions from LinkedIn Learning and Franklin Covey.
In the first year, you will define learning pathways linked to our Core Values and Key Behaviors making buy-build-customize decisions. Additionally, you will evaluate our current compliance training providers and identify ways to consolidate to better realize our scale. Inspired by our Purpose, Shape What Matters for Tomorrow, you will enhance our new associate onboarding experience and deploy across our global company leveraging Workday. Lastly, you re-start our leadership development programs reimagining the approach to support new leadership expectations and a modern delivery. You will engage in both building solutions using your experience in instructional design and facilitation. You will manage training vendors for design support as needed.
